Cut fillets it into cubes roughly 2 inches square. Sprinkle the lemon juice over the cubes of salmon, mix together gently and leave aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add master seeds, add diced garlic and stir until brown. Add diced onion, (1/2 tsp) salt, bay leaf and curry leaf. Sir until onion melts. Add turmeric powder continue stir for about 1 minutes add ½ cup of water.
